  • SMS Data Protection: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Email Data: Email addresses are used solely for campaign updates and are never sold to outside organizations.

 

3. SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive campaign updates and transactional text messages from Dill for JP2.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. Text HELP for assistance.

  • Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to respond to messages, process yard sign requests, and send election reminders. Trusted service providers (like Brevo) may process this data only to facilitate our communications under strict confidentiality.

 

5. Third-Party Links & Security

Our site links to official portals like E-Qual. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We employ industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no transmission is 100% secure.
